On the 8th of April 2014 the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania adopted a decision whereby the decision of Vilnius Regional Administrative Court was changed by cancelling the fine imposed on AB SEB bankas by the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania on the 20th of December 2012 for agreements which restricted competition in cash-in-transit (CIT) and cash handling services’ markets and returning the case to the Competition Council for the additional investigation.
