This integration will reduce administrative burden, and improve turnaround time for determinations from health insurance companies, helping patients get their medications as fast as possible.

When a pharmacist receives a rejection notice in their claims system that a prior authorization is required for an Enclara patient, the hospice client has the ability to use CoverMyMeds to choose and populate the correct PA request before sending it to the prescriber to complete, or insurance plan for determination. Most pharmacists access CoverMyMeds through their pharmacy system, but some also use the web portal available at www.covermymeds.com.
