NASDAQ OMX Iceland hf. (the Exchange) has approved HB Grandi hf.‘s (HB Grandi) (ID no. 541185-0389) request for admission to trading on its Main Market. The approval is conditional on the company’s ability to fulfill the requirements on the distribution of shares in the Rules for Issuers of Financial Instruments on NASDAQ OMX Iceland hf. before the first day of trading. The first day of trading is expected to be 25 April, 2014. The first day of trading will be announced by the Exchange in a market notice at least one trading day in advance.
