Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between April 7 and April 9, 2014 repurchased 4,590,952 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 48.07. This represents 5.11% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. This week’s purchase of SDRs have caused the Company’s holding of SDRs to cross the 15% mark, with the total number of repurchased SDRs under the current and the recently fulfilled mandate now at 15.11% of the total number of outstanding SDRs, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 76,321,766.
