(Nasdaq:CNET) (the "ChinaNet" or "Company"), a leading B2B (business to business) Internet technology company focusing on providing online-to-offline ("O2O") sales channel expansion services for small and medium-sized enterprises ("SMEs") and entrepreneurial management and networking services for entrepreneurs in the People's Republic of China, today announced that the Company filed a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 31, 2014 to extend the filing of the Company's Form 10-K for the twelve months ended December 31, 2013. It has up to an additional fifteen calendar days to complete the 10-K filing. With this extension, if the Form 10-K is filed by April 15, 2014, the Form 10-K will be deemed to be timely filed.
