OLYMPIC ENTERTAINMENT GROUP AS (hereinafter as “the Company”) notifies the stock exchange of the application submitted by the Supervisory Board member of the Company Mr Peep Vain on 9 April 2014 for resignation from his positions as from the time of the adoption of the corresponding resolution of the Company at the general meeting.
The annual general meeting of the Company will be held on 25 April 2014 at 15:00 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia conference centre at Liivalaia 33, Tallinn, Estonia.
HansaAssets OÜ (register code 10978402), whose shares represent 45.17% of the Company’s share capital, has submitted a request for the inclusion of an additional issue on the agenda of the general meeting according to § 293 (2) of the Commercial Code. HansaAssets OÜ has submitted a statement to include on the agenda of the general meeting the following issue:
5. Recalling of Mr Peep Vain from the Supervisory Board
According to the subsection 8.3 of the Company’s articles of association, the Supervisory Board consist of three to seven members. After recalling of Mr Peep Vain the Supervisory Board will consist of three members (including one independent member); therefore, it is not necessary to elect a new Supervisory Board member at the general meeting held on 25 April 2014.
The draft resolution of the statement submitted by HansaAssets OÜ regarding the inclusion of an additional issue on the agenda of the general meeting is published on the website of the Company at http://www.olympic-casino.com along with the draft resolution of the Management Board. Additionally, as of 11 April 2014 respective documents are made available for reviewing at the office of the Company on workdays between 09:00 to 17:00 at Pronksi 19, 3rd floor.
