Metsä Group decreases its ownership in Pohjolan Voima Oy

Metsä Group’s subsidiary Metsä Fibre Oy has today sold a total of 170,000 series B shares in Pohjolan Voima Oy to Kymppivoima Oy for EUR 75 million. The said shares entitle their holder to buy electric power in the amount of approximately 200,000 MWh annually from Teollisuuden Voima Oy’s existing facilities.
