JSC ”RIGA SHIPYARD” informs that insolvency request from the company "Morski Tehnologii" that was beforehand abandoned without motion now is accepted and case is excited.

Answering on information in in mass media on the 24th of March, 2014 the Board of JSC ”RIGA SHIPYARD” informs that the TOV "Morski Tehnologii" insolvency requests was abandoned without motion up to the 14th of April 2014.

The Board of JSC ”RIGA SHIPYARD” confirms that after the insolvency request of TOV "Morski Tehnologii" to the Court of Riga City Ziemelu District on the 07th of April, 2014 the case of the insolvency of JSC ”RIGA SHIPYARD” is excited.
