Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between April 7 and April 11, 2014 repurchased 5,451,952 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 47.71. This represents 6.06% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 75,460,766.
