Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 April 2014, 10.00 am EET
Between 1 January and 31 March 2014, a total of 139 395 Tieto Corporation new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2009A, and a total of 43 712 new shares with stock options 2009B. Between 1 March and 31 March 2014, a total of 151 405 new shares have been subscribed for with stock options 2009C. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2009A, 2009B and 2009C, the entire subscription price of EUR 2 828 943.63 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of Tieto shares increases to 73 477 979.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the Trade Register on 15 April 2014, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki together with the old shares as of 16 April 2014.
The share subscription period for stock options 2009A was 1 March 2012–31 March 2014. The stock options 2009A entitled to subscriptions of a total of 600 000 shares. A total of 544 800 new Tieto shares were subscribed for under these stock options. Option rights 2009A that were not exercised by the end of the subscription period are no longer valid.
The share subscription period for stock options 2009B is 1 March 2013–31 March 2015 and for stock options 2009C 1 March 2014–31 March 2016.
