WFF Presents 12th Annual Executive Summit for Industry Influencers July 28-30


DALLAS, April 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WFF, the premier leadership development organization in the foodservice sector, announced today the exclusive content and speakers for its annual Executive Summit, taking place July 28-30, 2014 at The Roosevelt New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The three-day event for the foodservice industry's top leaders will include sessions about the future of the business and the challenges of leadership. The elite group of speakers and educators from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management will provide insight and tools to dramatically increase leadership effectiveness.

Executive Summit keynote speakers include Debra Benton, author of "The CEO Difference: How to Climb, Crawl, and Leap Your Way to the Next Level of Your Career," will inspire attendees to raise the performance of individuals and their organizations.

Additional speakers include the renowned Dr. Angela Duckworth, associate professor of psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. Author Tim Sanders ("Today We are Rich: Harnessing the Power of Total Confidence"), is an expert in honing effective leadership skills and building strong business relationships.

Educational sessions will include:

"Negotiations and Decision Making": presented by Kellogg School Ph.D. Victoria Medvec, the Adeline Barry Davee professor of management & organizations and executive director of the Center for Executive Women.

"Touchpoints: Creating Powerful Leadership Connections in the Smallest of Moments": presented by Doug Conant, chairman of the new Kellogg Executive Leadership Institute and former CEO and president of the Campbell Soup Company (2001-2011).
