Dear Customer,
NASDAQ OMX Nordic File Delivery Service (FDS) passwords will be renewed on Wednesday, May 14th 2014. This annual procedure is part of our data security policy and similar to changes made in May 2012 and 2013.
Old passwords will expire on Wednesday, May 14th 2014. New passwords are provided via mail only and will not be valid prior to the old password’s expiry. New passwords have already been sent in a mail to each FDS customer having an active user account.
In case you are using the File Delivery Service, but haven’t received the new password, please contact us to check the issue a.s.a.p.
