NASDAQ OMX Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Invalda LT shares (IVL1L, ISIN code: LT0000102279) from April 23, 2014 until the day of correction of the general securities account in the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania.
The trading will be suspended in accordance with paragraphs 16.2 and 16.7 of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Listing Rules (at the request of the issuer due to the undergoing split-off of the company).
Orders in AB Invalda LT orderbook will be flushed.
