C-RAD AB (publ) med tre helägda dotterbolag i Sverige och tre internationella säljbolag är alla verksamma inom området strålbehandling av patienter med cancer. Årsstämman 2014 i C-RAD AB (publ) genomfördes onsdagen 16 april i Uppsala.
Vid årsstämman fattades följande beslut och gavs följande information.
Bengt Lind och Erik Hedlund lämnar sitt styrelseuppdrag i C-RAD AB (publ). De avtackades av ordföranden.
Börje Bengtsson, Peter Hamberg och Frank Lohr omvaldes. Dessutom invaldes Brian Holch Kristensen och Bengt Rolén. Börje Bengtsson omvaldes till styrelseordförande.
Det beslutades att styrelsens ordförande ersätts med 200 000 kr och övriga styrelseledamöter med 100 000 kr fram till nästa årsstämma.
Grant Thornton Sweden AB valdes som revisionsföretag för en period om 1 år med Mia Rutenius som huvudansvarig revisor. Arvode till revisorerna utgår enligt löpande godkänd räkning.
VD och styrelseledamöterna beviljades ansvarsfrihet.
Valberednings förslag till princip för utseende av valberedning var godkänt.
