Berlin, April 17, 2014. Due to investment in research and development, and
after the disappearance of special effects from the previous year, the
result of the Berlin-based technology company TELES has slipped in the
first quarter. At EUR 2.6 million, the revenue in the first quarter was
five percent below that achieved in the previous year. Gross profit
decreased at a constant share of material costs by ten percent to almost
EUR 1.5 m. The operating result (EBIT) fell compared to the previous
quarter by 80 percent to minus EUR 561 k.
