ALMELO, Netherlands, April 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- During the general meeting of shareholders of Royal Ten Cate (TenCate) in Almelo on Thursday, 17 April 2014, Mr E.J.F. Bos was appointed member of the Executive Board, with the title of Chief Financial Officer, for a period of four years. Ms M.J. Oudeman was appointed member of the Supervisory Board of TenCate, also for a term of four years.
Mr E.J.F. (Eef) Bos (1961) has held the position of Corporate Director of Finance of Royal Ten Cate since 1 July 2013 and before that was Controller, TenCate Advanced Armour. Mr Bos has a university education in the field of accountancy and business economics. Mr Bos previously worked at Royal Lankhorst Euronete Group, Grontmij Nederland, Oranjewoud and Unilever.
Ms M.J. (Marjan) Oudeman (1958) is Chairperson of the Executive Board of the University of Utrecht. Ms Oudeman was previously employed in a number of positions including those as member of the Executive Committee of AkzoNobel N.V., member of the Executive Committee of the Corus Group, as Managing Director of Corus Strip Products IJmuiden and Chairperson of the Board of Corus Nederland B.V. and Corus Staal B.V.
