3D Systems Announces Affirmation of Dismissal of DSM Desotech's Lawsuit


ROCK HILL, S.C., April 18, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 3D Systems (NYSE:DDD) announced today that the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has affirmed summary judgment in favor of 3DS, dismissing all remaining claims brought by DSM Desotech. DSM Desotech had alleged anticompetitive behavior with respect to 3DS' integrated printing systems and materials. The Federal Circuit agreed with the District Court that there was insufficient evidence of anticompetitive behavior by 3DS.
