Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has on April 14, 2014 repurchased 619,977 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 45.66. This represents 0.69% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 74,840,789.
