threshold of 15% of the voting rights in RHÃN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, B.
Braun Melsungen Aktiengesellschaft held 15.08% of the voting rights in
RHÃN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft arising from 20,845,713 voting rights, of
which 15.08% (equals 20,845,713 voting rights) are held directly by B.
Braun Melsungen Aktiengesellschaft.
