Our company has received the following notification pursuant to section 21
para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz -
WpHG):

BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., Paris, France
On April 17, 2014, the stake of BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A. in the
voting rights in NORMA Group SE exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted
to 3.15 % (1,004,048 voting rights).

Of these voting rights 2.05% (654,125 voting rights) are attributed to BNP
Paribas Investment Partners S.A., pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG.

Also, of these voting rights 1.1 % (349,923 voting rights) are attributed
to BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A., pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
