On 23 April 2014 media has published information about the ongoing negotiations between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the German company E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH for the potential buyout of their shares of LESTO.
LESTO informs that it has not received any official information about ongoing negotiations by E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH regarding the sale of LESTO shares. Upon notification of such decisions taken, LESTO will publicly announce them according to the laws.
LESTO shares are currently owned by “Lietuvos Energija”, UAB (82.63 percent), E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH (11.76 percent), remaining shares (5.61 percent) are held by other shareholders.
