Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. Announces Expiration of Rights Offering


HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. ("CME") (Nasdaq:CETV) (Prague Stock Exchange:CETV) announced today that the subscription period for its previously-announced fully-backstopped $341.8 million rights offering expired today, April 25, 2014 at 5:00 p.m., New York City time. CME expects to report the results of the rights offering and deliver the 15.0% Senior Secured Notes and the unit warrants issued in the rights offering to record holders on or about May 2, 2014.
