MONTERREY, Mexico, April 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (Nasdaq:OMAB) (BMV:OMA), announced that it filed its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2013 with the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) and with the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV). The Company also filed its Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2013 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
