COR&FJA AG postpones presentation of its annual financial statements for
2013

(Leinfelden-Echterdingen, 28 April 2014) - COR&FJA AG is going to postpone
the presentation of its individual and consolidated financial statements
for 2013 by a short period. The company now intends to hold the Supervisory
Board meeting for adoption of the individual financial statements and
approval of the consolidated financial statements on 15 May 2014 and then
immediately publish the respective financial statements.

The reason for this postponement is, in particular, the time-consuming
preparation of the 2013 annual financial statements of its former Banking
subsidiary, whose sale was completed in mid-February 2014. The preparation
of these financial statements and the auditor's activities in connection
with them have taken much longer than expected.
