Wirecard AG is reporting a very positive first quarter of fiscal 2014.
According to preliminary results, the groups' revenues rose around 25
percent, from EUR 101.1 million to EUR 126.0 million.
 
Consolidated earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation
(EBITDA) grew by approximately 33 percent, from EUR 26.3 million in the
previous year period to EUR 35.0 million in the first quarter of 2014.

Overall, Wirecard AG's Management Board assumes very good business trends
and expects EBITDA of between EUR 160 million and EUR 175 million in the
2014 fiscal year.

The results are preliminary. The final interim report for the first quarter
2014 will be published on 15 May 2014.
