Invitation to presentation of interim report

ICA Gruppen will publish its interim report for the period January-March 2014 on
Wednesday, 7 May 2014. In conjunction with this, we are pleased to issue this
invitation to a press and analyst meeting.

Time: Wednesday, 7 May 2014 at 10.00 CET

ICA Gruppen’s CEO Per Strömberg and acting CFO Merlin Poljak will present the
interim report and answer any subsequent questions. The press and analyst
