R. STAHL AG: Shareholders of Founding Families commit not to sell their
shares
Waldenburg, 29 April 2014. The shareholders of the founding families of R.
STAHL AG have informed the Company that more than 50 % of the capital
entitled to vote (excluding shares held by the Company) has signed written
agreements in which they agree not to sell their shares in order to secure
the independence of R. STAHL AG. The agreements include shares which are
held by the family consortium, additional free shares held by members of
the consortium, as well as shares held by family shareholders outside of
the consortium.
