OEM International acquires Polish trading business

OEM International´s subsidiary, OEM Automatic Poland, has acquired Conta-Clip
distribution in Poland from ASE sp. z o.o. with a yearly turnover of
approximately MSEK 5. Conta-Clip is a producer of electrical components from
Germany.
The Conta-Clip business will be integrated with OEM Automatic in Poland from the
5th of May.

- Thanks to this acquisition we will increase our market share in terminal
blocks and all products mounted on DIN rails in cabinet applications. Customers
transferred from ASE    sp. z o.o. to OEM Automatic will also create new
business opportunities. The acquisition is the first in Poland, which is one of
our markets with the highest growth rate, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director
and CEO for OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM’s profit for the
current year.
