Niklas Savander assumes role as Elekta’s new President and CEO

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 1 – As announced in October
2013 (
-as-its-next-president-and-chief-executive-officer.html), Niklas Savander will
today assume the role as Elekta’s President and CEO, succeeding Tomas Puusepp
who will continue as member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Niklas Savander says: “Tomas Puusepp has done a marvelous job and managed to
bring out the best in people at Elekta. At Elekta we always put our customers
and their patients in focus in everything we do. I am proud to take the helm of
this successful and exciting company.”

Niklas Savander will present Elekta’s results for the fourth quarter and the
