Premiere Opportunities is a public holding company with two subsidiaries one which is focused on the design, manufacturing and distribution of apparel into Southeast Asia and Mainland China and the other subsidiary which specializes in strategic planning and advisory services.

Mr. Kovacs earned a bachelor's degree from City University of New York (C.U.N.Y) majoring in Economics, Finance, Biochemistry, and a minor in Accounting and Political Science. Mr. Kovacs completed all University course requirements in two years, and at eighteen years of age. He also attended Columbia University.
