Navigators Appoints New Life Sciences Senior Vice President


NEW YORK, NY, May 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Navigators Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NAVG) announced today that its principal underwriting agency subsidiary, Navigators Management Company, Inc., has appointed Linda K. Schultz as Senior Vice President of the Life Sciences unit of Navigators Commercial.

"Linda has a strong track record of performance in the medical technology insurance industry and brings with her over 29 years of insurance experience," said Adrien T. Most recently, Ms. Schultz held the position of National Product Manager for OneBeacon Insurance's Medical Technology Group.
