(Nasdaq:TBNK) (the "Company"), headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, the holding company parent of Territorial Savings Bank, announces that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the quarterly cash dividend on its common stock from $0.14 to $0.15 per share. The dividend is expected to be paid on May 29, 2014 to stockholders of record as of May 15, 2014.
