On April 29, 2014, LYXOR ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A.S., Paris, France has
informed us according to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that its voting
rights via shares in Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt a. M., Deutschland, have
exceeded the threshold of 3% on April 25, 2014 and on that day amounted to
3.01% (this corresponds to 30667246 voting rights).

The voting rights are to be attributed to the company according to section
22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
