SUPPLEMENT TO THE TENDER OFFER

On 5 May Jussi Capital Ltd has supplemented the Tender Offer (“Tender Offer”) regarding Sievi Capital Plc (“Sievi Capital” or the Company”) shares with Sievi Capital Plc’s Interim Management Statement published 29 April 2014 and the Statement of the Board of Directors regarding the mandatory public tender offer by Jussi Capital Ltd.

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has 2 May 2014 approved the supplemented Tender Offer document.
