On April 30, 2014, Mr O. Mason  Hawkins, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 28, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 2.98% (this corresponds to 2066601 Voting Rights).
2.98% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2066601 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Hawkins in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act).
