Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an
agreement to acquire all shares in Solar Supply Sweden AB.
Solar Supply is a technology trading company that markets and installs solar
cell systems with matching components on the Swedish market. The company’s
operations are based on customised plants with components from established
suppliers.

The company will complement Addtech’s current operations in the business unit
Energy Storage. Solar Supply has three employees and sales of around SEK 15
million.

The closing will take place today and the acquisition is estimated to have a
marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current
financial year.
