Solaris Power Cells Open Letter to Its Shareholders

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., May 5, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Solaris Power Cells, Inc. the creators of the Solaris SMART-CELL "Passive Electron Storage Array" ™, (the "Company") (OTCQB:SPCL) - Germany WKN: A1W9W5 announces today a letter to its shareholders to address shareholder concern regarding the recent stock trading activity and share price of the Company's stock. The letter is distributed through this press release in its entirety.

Dear Fellow Shareholders:

I share everyone's disappointment in the recent share price decline. Solaris Power Cells has received a large number of emails and calls regarding this situation and it has been a challenge to return all the calls in a timely manner. Therefore, this communication is intended to address the concerns expressed in emails and over the phone.

The recent share price decline is not to the Company's knowledge tied to any recent change in the Company's day-to-day operations. We are not aware of the cause for the recent share price decline.

To date Solaris Power Cells has accomplishments including development on the following;

1: Solaris Power Cells Passive-Electron-Storage-Array PESA™
2: Solaris Sun Car™
3: Solaris Agra ™
4: Solaris Vapor-Mod™
5: Solaris Squeezer ™
6: Solaris White Papers Results

Solaris Power Cells is continuing operations according to its business plan. Solaris Power Cells continues to move from a developmental company to production of products for sale over the course of the next 2 quarters and we do not anticipate moving away from this strategy. Solaris Power Cells cannot identify anything internally that accounts for the recent decline in market capitalization. In fact, operationally, the Company is in better shape today than 3 months ago.

Our primary strategy to address the current share price decline is to stay on course and operationally grow the Company, building on the fundamentals of revenue commencement, growth and profitability. We are confident that, in time, our ongoing operational performance will overcome any external forces negatively impacting the Company.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
