On May 05, 2014, LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH,
Stuttgart, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on TOMORROW FOCUS AG,
München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on May 02, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.07% (this corresponds to
1788500 Voting Rights).
3.022% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1762000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in TOMORROW FOCUS AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und
Tierärzte.
