rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the
threshold of 20% of the voting rights on 2 May 2014 and on that day
amounted to 15.34% (this corresponds to 4,703,860 voting rights).

2. Marcel Martinus Jacobus Johannes Boekhoorn, Netherlands
On 6 May 2014, Marcel Martinus Jacobus Johannes Boekhoorn, Netherlands, has
informed us according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his voting rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below
the threshold of 20% of the voting rights on 2 May 2014 and on that day
amounted to 15.34% (this corresponds to 4,703,860 voting rights).

15.34% of voting rights (this corresponds to 4,703,860 voting rights) are

according to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

On 6 May 2014, Semper Fortuna N.V., Rhenen, Netherlands, has informed us
according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have fallen below the
threshold of 20% of the voting rights on 2 May 2014 and on that day
amounted to 15.34% (this corresponds to 4,703,860 voting rights).

that via shares its voting rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany,
have fallen below the threshold of 20% of the voting rights on 2 May 2014
and on that day amounted to 15.34% (this corresponds to 4,703,860 voting
rights).
