threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting rights on 5 May 2014 and on that day
amounted to 5.53% (this corresponds to 1,695,000 voting rights).

2. FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, United Kingdom

FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, has informed
us according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have risen above the
threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting rights on 5 May 2014 and on that day
amounted to 5.53% (this corresponds to 1,695,000 voting rights).

5.53% of voting rights (this corresponds to 1,695,000 voting rights) are
attributed to FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, United Kingdom,
according to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Germany, have risen above the
threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting rights on 5 May 2014 and on that day
amounted to 5.53% (this corresponds to 1,695,000 voting rights).

Berlin, Germany, have risen above the threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting
rights on 5 May 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.53% (this corresponds to
1,695,000 voting rights).
