· Profit from property management before tax amounted to SEK 234m (161)
corresponding to SEK 1.15 per ordinary share (0.82)
· Rental income amounted to SEK 566m (448)
· Profit after tax amounted to SEK 282m (406), corresponding to SEK 1.45 per
ordinary share (2.36)
· Shareholders´equity amounted to SEK 54.02 per ordinary share (44.47) and the
net asset value amounted to SEK 63.41 per ordinary share (52.19)
Profit from property management increased by 45 percent and amounted to SEK 234m
(161), which corresponds to SEK 1.15 per ordinary share (0.82). The profit from
property management includes SEK 39m (36) in respect of associated companies.
Profit after tax amounted to SEK 282m (406) corresponding to SEK 1.45 per
ordinary share (2.36). The profit before tax was impacted by changes in value in
respect of properties of SEK 247m (170), changes in value in respect of interest
rate derivatives of SEK -124m (189) and profit from participations in associated
companies of SEK 33m (30).
