The realisation of the financial investment created a financial return of 4.6 million euros, which is reflected in the profit for Q2 and has a significant impact on the Group’s earnings. Profit created from the sale of the shares is directed into the development and expansion of the Group’s main operations, investments, and potential takeovers.
Following this transaction, AS Harju Elekter owns 1,094,641 shares of PKC Group Oyj and their holding in the enterprise decreased to 4.6%.
