II. Notifications of voting rights regarding alterations due to a capital
increase of SLM Solutions Group AG to EUR 17,980,867 by issuing 4,416,667
new shares.

2. Pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) the share of voting rights of Ceresio
GmbH, Luebeck, Germany, in SLM Solutions Group AG, Luebeck, Germany, on 9
May 2014 amounted to 26.89% (4,834,800 voting rights) and thus fell below
the threshold of 30%.
