Ryan has been appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company effective as of May 14, 2014. Ms. Ryan is also Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Old American Capital Corporation, and related entities.
With over twenty years of legal and insurance experience, Ms. Ryan has held positions of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at QBE Insurance Company, as well as Senior Counsel and Managing Director at Allianz/Fireman's Fund. Ms. Ryan was a Partner at Cassiday Schade LLP in Chicago, Illinois, for a number of years. Ms. Ryan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and her law degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Ms. Ryan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, New York and Illinois and the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
