On 15 May, 2014, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on
Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888 have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 12 May, 2014 and amounted on that
day to 3.08% (this corresponds to 1,006,512 of a total of 32,669,000 voting
rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in
connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG 3.08% of the voting rights (this
corresponds to 1,006,512 of a total of 32,669,000 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN:
540888 have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 12 May, 2014
and amounted on that day to 3.08% (this corresponds to 1,006,512 of a total
of 32,669,000 voting rights).
