Masterflex SE: Release according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG with
the objective of Europe-wide distribution

Gelsenkirchen, 16th May 2014

1) On May 13, 2014, Monolith Duitsland B.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Masterflex SE, Gelsenkirchen, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold and the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on May
1th  2014 and on that day amounted to 6.02% (this corresponds to 533,461
Voting Rights).

2) On May 13, 2014, Monolith N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Masterflex SE, Gelsenkirchen, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 5% threshold as well as the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
May 1th  2014 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting
Rights).
