Availability of the reply document and other information relating to the characteristics of Bourbon, in particular the Company's legal, financial and accounting aspects

Pursuant to Article L. 612-8 of the French Monetary and Financial Code and Article 231-26 of its General Regulations, the AMF has affixed its approval visa no. 14-201 dated May 15, 2014 on the Reply Document prepared by Bourbon (the "Reply Document") in response to the takeover bid launched by Jaccar Holdings (the "Bid ").
The Reply Document is available on the websites of the AMF (www.amf-france.org) and Bourbon (www.bourbon-online.com) and can be obtained free of charge from Bourbon (33 rue du Louvre - 75002 Paris).
The document providing other information relating to the characteristics of Bourbon, in particular the Company's legal, financial and accounting aspects, filed with the AMF on May 16, 2014 and made available to the public on May 19, 2014, in accordance with the provisions of Article 231-28 of the General Regulations of the AMF, is available in the same manner.
Access to the Reply Document and any other document relating to the Bid may be subject to legal restrictions in some jurisdictions.
