Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on May 12, 2014 and on that day amount to 3.03% (1,028,976
voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock, Inc.,
according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of
the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).


With letter dated May 15, 2014, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington (DE),
USA, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:

The voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstraße 140, 86165 Augsburg, ISIN DE0006204407, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on May 12, 2014 and on that day amount to 3.03% (1,028,853
voting rights). These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2,
Inc., according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

exceeded the threshold of 3% on May 12, 2014 and on that day amount to
