Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 2 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we inform that Svenska litteratursällskapet i Finland rf:s share of Aktia Bank plc’s shares has increased to above 5.00% on 20 May 2014.

Following the transaction 20 May 2014, Svenska litteratursällskapet i Finland rf owns a total of 5,253,118 shares and 20,248,469 voting rights in Aktia Bank plc. Thus Svenska litteratursällskapet i Finland rf now holds 7.89% of Aktia Bank plc's stocks and 4.56% of voting rights.
