Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 2 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we inform that Life Annuity Insitution Hereditas’ share of Aktia Bank plc’s shares has decreased to less than 5.00% and share of voting rights to less than 10,00% on 20 May 2014.
Following the transaction 20 May 2014, Life Annuity Insitution Hereditas owns a total of 2,066,106 shares and 41,322,120 voting rights in Aktia Bank plc. Thus Life Annuity Insitution Hereditas now holds 3.10% of Aktia Bank plc's share capital and 9.30% of voting rights.
